Participation fees:

Participation fees for lecturers, attendants, students and PhD students include access to scientific
sessions and accessories, the conference proceedings, coffee breaks during sessions, welcome party,
lunches and gala dinner. For accompanying persons, we kindly ask you to coordinate with the
organizers regarding attendance at the reception, lunches, and the closing dinner.
Please note, that the participation fees are non-refundable.
If needed, a pro-forma invoice may be requested on the kmktk2025@gmail.com e-mail address.
The registration fee can only be paid online by card, in RON; on-site payment is not available!

Abstract submission:
Abstracts should be written both in Hungarian and English, in .doc or .docx format. Please, use Times New Roman 12 pt font size and single line spacing. The title should be written in bold, capital letters, followed by an empty line, then the full name of the author(s), name and address of workplace(s) and e-mail address(es). A maximum of 5 keywords should appear in a new line. The main text of the abstract should not exceed 250 words.
The size of the poster is A0 portrait.
Please, submit both Hungarian and English abstracts to the kmktk2025@gmail.com e-mail adress until 15 February 2025!
Conference proceedings:
Submitted abstracts and manuscripts will be print-published in a conference volume, marked with an official ISBN-number.
